Shipping Policy

We guarantee the delivery of our products in high quality to the customer. They will be shipped directly from the farm to the customer within twenty-four hours from the date of the order and will arrive to the customer within four working days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, excluding certain circumstances such as adverse weather, official holidays, and force majeure.

Return and Cancellation Policy

The receipt of the product by the customer is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment is in good condition and has not been opened prior to receipt.

The customer has the right to return the shipment in case the product is damaged.

The customer has the right to return the product if it differs from what was ordered from the platform.

The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the order.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14-28 working days from the date of cancellation or receipt of the returned product.
